Tater Tots with Salsa and Green Chile’s

Serves 16-18         Cooking Time 40 to 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots, thawed
  • 1 – 24 oz. jar of medium salsa
  • 2 – 4 oz cans of green chilies
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 cups of Mexican cheese
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Spray a 11 x 13 baking dish.

Mix the tater tots, salsa, green chilies, cilantro, green onion and Mexican cheese. Place into the baking dish.

In another bowl beat the eggs and pour over the ingredients in the baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
