Roasted Potato Wedges

Serves 4-6                Cooking Time 35 to 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Yukon potatoes
  •  2 to 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped

Directions:

Cut potatoes into wedges.

Place onto a large baking sheet. Add the salt, pepper, olive oil.

Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

When it’s done, place everything into a large serving plate and sprinkle with parsley.
