Ricotta and Egg Bake

Serves 10-12          Cooking Time 40 to 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 15 0z. container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp  sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 chopped green onion
  • 12 eggs, beaten

Directions:

In a large bowl combine the Ricotta cheese, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper . Mix well.

Add in the green onion.

In another bowl beat the twelve eggs.

Pour the eggs into the Ricotta cheese mixture.

Spray a 9 x 13 pan.

Pour all into the prepared pan .

Bake at 350 degrees, for 40 to 45 minutes.
