Serves 4-6 Cooking Time 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 4 leaves of fresh basil, julienne
Directions:
Place the broccoli florets on a large baking sheet .
Drizzle with olive oil and add the salt and pepper, mix well.
Bake at 425 degrees, for 25 minutes.
When done, add the lemon zest, basil, and Parmesan cheese, mix well and serve.
