Serves 6 Cooking Time 30 minutes, plus overnight marinate time
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, tenderized with a meat mallet
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 1 TBS onion powder
- 1 TBS smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups of Monterrey lack cheese, shredded
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large dish or bowl.
Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
When ready to cooked, drizzle a 9 x 13 baking dish with olive oil.
Place chicken in the dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
