Serves 10 Prep Time 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 canola oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp of sugar or honey
- 2 tsp of poppy seeds
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
Directions:
Except for the oils, whisk all ingredients together well in a bowl.
While whisking, slowly pour in the oils
Serve with Winter Salad and a baguette.
