Serves 8 to 10 Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of cilantro leaf
- juice from 2 limes
- 3 TBS plain yogurt
- 2 to 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded
- 3/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients except olive oil in blender. As ingredients are blending, slowly add the olive oil and continue blending until thoroughly mixed.
Serve with Southwest Chopped Salad.
